The overarching goal for the development and continuation of the Partnerships and Relations established with the Representative Workforce Initiative is to build strong linkages with the Aboriginal community, educational institutions, and other organizations.  As a result, we are able to offer effective recruitment and retention strategies for Aboriginal people within Saskatoon Health Region.  Through the assistance of our Partners we also provide ongoing Aboriginal Awareness sessions and other Cultural learning opportunities for employees of Saskatoon Health Region.
