MRI Technologists perform procedures using an imaging modality in which strong magnetic fields are used to generate cross-sectional images of
the body. Doctors use the results of ultrasound tests to explore or
confirm a diagnosis.

MRI certificate through Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists(CAMRT)

Where: 
Technical institutes across Canada, including Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and Red River College (MB)

How Long: 
1 year

Entrance Requirements: 
Must have completed a certificate in Medical Radiation Technology and be eligible for registry with the CAMRT.
