Physical Therapists plan individual physical programs that are designed to improve movement and function, relieve pain, and prevent physical dysfunction experienced by patients.

Physical Therapists work in sports clinics, hospitals, independent clinics, long-term care homes, and in-home care setttings.

What: 
Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
Master in Physical Therapy (MPT)

Where: 
Various universities in Canada including the University of Saskatchewan

How Long: 
2-4 years of pre-physical therapy, followed by 2-3 years of the degree program

Entrance Requirements: 
Students are accepted based on academic achievement and interview performance. There is a requirement of 2-4 years of pre-physical therapy study before one is eligible to apply.
